ClaryFlow - Account Deletion

Users can request the deletion of their ClaryFlow account and associated data by following the steps below:

How to delete your account

  1. Open the ClaryFlow mobile app
  2. Go to Profile > Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm your request

What will be deleted

Deleting your account removes the account profile, synced exercise responses and mood check-ins, support records, and subscription status stored by ClaryFlow. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing an email request.

Data that may be retained

Limited records may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Deleting your ClaryFlow account does not cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription; cancel the subscription in the applicable store to stop future billing.
