1. Use of the Service

ClaryFlow provides guided mental wellness content, exercises, and subscription-based features for personal use only.

• You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You may not misuse, copy, or attempt to disrupt the service

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use ClaryFlow. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Health Disclaimer

ClaryFlow is intended to support general mental wellness and self-reflection. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition. It is not medical care, therapy, crisis response, or emergency support.

• Do not rely on ClaryFlow as a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice
• Use of ClaryFlow does not create a clinician-patient, therapist-client, or similar professional relationship
• We do not monitor emergencies, crisis situations, or user activity for urgent intervention

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features may require a paid subscription, currently offered at approximately $15 per year, purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the platform where you subscribed
• Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their policies
• Deleting your ClaryFlow account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription
• Prices may change, but changes will not affect the current billing period already paid
• You are responsible for reviewing the pricing and renewal terms shown at the time of purchase

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, software, and materials made available through ClaryFlow are owned by or licensed to ClaryFlow and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by law.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for other users or the platform.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the available in-app or support channels.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClaryFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

ClaryFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights that cannot be waived or limited under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkiye, excluding its conflict of laws principles. If you are a consumer, any mandatory rights available under the consumer laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the service or these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, email, or other reasonable means before or when the changes take effect.

Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.

10. Local Storage of Exercise Responses

Your exercise responses and reflection content are stored locally on your device. ClaryFlow does not receive or store your exercise responses on its servers unless you explicitly enable a future optional sync or backup feature.

If you delete the app, clear app data, or lose access to your device, locally stored responses may be lost.

11. Emergency and Crisis Support

ClaryFlow does not provide emergency services and does not monitor your activity for crisis situations. If you may harm yourself or others, or if you need urgent help, call local emergency services immediately.
